These terms describe how notVPN may be used: subscriptions, plans, fair use, support, liability limits and acceptable use.

notVPN is a managed internet access service built on subscription-based tunneling infrastructure.
The service operator for legal, payment and administrative matters is EMIBA ENGINEERING SAS, SIRET 94159971400024, RCS Limoges.

notVPN provides a personal dashboard, subscription link, QR code and technical infrastructure for connection through compatible applications.
The service is designed for resilient internet access through managed routes, traffic masking and backup connection options.
notVPN does not guarantee absolute availability of every website, application, network or region at all times.
Networks, providers, restrictions, blocking systems, DPI systems and technical conditions may change. We work to maintain resilient service, but we cannot guarantee zero interruptions, zero speed reductions or permanent availability of every route.
Using the service may require a personal dashboard linked to email or Telegram.
You are responsible for keeping access to your email, Telegram and dashboard secure.
Support for a specific subscription is available only to the dashboard owner — the user whose email or Telegram is linked to the account.
notVPN plans are provided for a limited period and may include a traffic limit.
Current plans are published on the Plans page. At the time of this version: Start — 25 GB / 30 days, Standard — 50 GB / 30 days, Max — 100 GB / 30 days.
Your subscription period, status and traffic usage are shown in the dashboard.
If a plan includes a traffic limit, all traffic used through the subscription is consumed from the shared plan limit.
notVPN may process aggregate traffic usage to apply plan limits.
notVPN does not log customer traffic: we do not store browsing history, DNS queries, connection contents or the list of resources accessed by the user.
You may use the subscription on several personal devices if your application supports subscription import.
When used on several devices, the selected plan still has one shared traffic limit.
notVPN is not required to ensure proper operation if a subscription link is massively shared, published publicly or used by a large group of people.
notVPN is intended for personal use.
You must use notVPN lawfully and must not violate applicable law, third-party rights, infrastructure provider rules or these Terms.
We may temporarily restrict, suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, creates a technical or legal risk, abuses the service, attempts to bypass plan limits or uses the subscription outside its intended purpose.
In serious abuse cases, access may be restricted without prior notice.
Plan prices are shown on the Plans page. Prices may change for new subscription periods.
The internal account balance and plan prices are denominated in EUR.
If payments are processed by a third-party provider, including SBP payment flows, you also accept the terms of the relevant payment provider.
When paying via SBP, the charge amount may be calculated and charged in RUB. We show the estimated charge amount before redirecting you to the payment provider.
The RUB amount is calculated using the Bank of Russia EUR/RUB rate available to the service when the payment is created. If a fresh rate is temporarily unavailable, notVPN uses the latest known rate stored in its database; if no rate is available yet, a fallback calculation rate is used.
The balance is credited after confirmation from the payment provider. This usually takes from a few seconds to a couple of minutes.
Renewal or purchase of a new period may be available through the dashboard or the selected payment flow.
If the service was not activated or technically could not be provided due to our fault, you may contact support.
Refunds are not automatic if the plan was activated and traffic was used.
We may review requests individually, taking into account subscription status, purchase date, traffic used and the nature of the issue.

For diagnostics, we may ask for your public token, issue description, app name and an error screenshot without the full subscription link.
We are not required to provide support to persons who are not the owners of the relevant dashboard.
notVPN is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
We may perform maintenance, change routes, update infrastructure, retire nodes, replace technical profiles or change the internal architecture of the service.
Such changes may temporarily affect speed, availability or connection parameters.
We may change plans, prices, limits, technical parameters and these Terms.
Changes apply to new subscription periods or where necessary for security, legal compliance, infrastructure protection or abuse prevention.
Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
notVPN’s key principle: we do not log customer traffic, browsing history, DNS queries or connection contents.
To operate traffic-limited plans, we may process aggregate traffic usage for the subscription.
notVPN is not responsible for user actions, third-party websites and services, carrier restrictions, blocking, actions of public authorities, failures of third-party applications, payment providers or infrastructure providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, notVPN’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the current subscription period.
These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the service operator's place of registration, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
For legal, payment and administrative matters, the service operator is EMIBA ENGINEERING SAS, registered with RCS Limoges.
We may update these Terms. The latest version will be published on the website.
Continued use of the service after an update means acceptance of the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
